Shipping:
All items are shipped within 24 hours of payment whenever possible. If your order is placed on a holiday or weekend, expect the item to be shipped 24 hours after the next business day.
Policies:
All sales carry a 15 day Dead On Arrival warranty unless otherwise stated in the listing. If the item was insured and damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier and file a claim. You must agree to pay for shipping when returning a defective item. A refund (minus shipping charges) will be issued whenever a replacement part is not available. Depending on the circumstances, any fees associated with the defective item will be subtracted from the refund. Items sold as new carry manufacturer warranty. Please contact the manufacturer whenever possible.
